Our Story

Two seasoned investors, tired of market volatility.

We started as two seasoned real estate professionals and entrepreneurs who were tired of the volatility of traditional markets. Our founders, Desi Arnaz and Patrick Franz two high-performance investors and capital strategists who became in-laws set out to create an investment fund that was recession-resilient, asset-backed, and emotionally aligned with family values.

That's why every dollar invested with Private Equity Capital Management is collateralized by real property, underwritten conservatively, and deployed with disciplined due diligence.
